Gaia PCR Linen Bags
Collected & Recycled into new bags!

The Gaia Closed-Loop Soiled Linen Bag Program is an eco-engineered, industrial-grade containment solution designed specifically for healthcare, commercial hospitality, and industrial laundry facilities tracking toward zero-waste mandates. Rather than treating heavy-duty soiled linen bags as single-use consumables that head straight to the landfill, the Gaia program introduces a circular life cycle that eliminates waste without compromising infection control or bag strength.
Core Performance Features
-
Engineered for High-Tack Containment: Extruded with premium polyolefin resins, these bags provide maximum puncture and tear resistance, handling heavy, wet, and heavily soiled linens without failure.
-
Washing-Stream Integrity: Designed to withstand standard collection and automated vacuum chute transport systems without premature bursting.
-
Seamless Circular Re-Sourcing: Post-laundry, the used plastic bags are captured directly at the soil-sort deck. They are automatically consolidated, processed, and pelletized back into raw material streams to manufacture the next run of industrial poly sheeting and bags.
The Sustainability Impact:
By pivoting from traditional linear usage to the Gaia Closed-Loop Program, facilities can eliminate hundreds of thousands of pounds of single-use plastic waste annually, dramatically lower landfill hauling fees, and provide measurable, data-backed carbon reduction metrics to meet company-wide ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets.

Bio360 Agriculture Film
Plant-Based, 100% Biodegradable with no microplastics!

The High-Yield Solution That Vanishes on Its Own
Bio360 is a heavy-duty, soil-biodegradable agricultural mulch film designed to optimize crop environments without the back-breaking cleanup at the end of the season. Engineered from Mater-Bi—a fully compostable, plant-starch-based material—this film mimics the microclimate advantages of traditional plastic mulch but eliminates the need for removal, hauling, and recycling fees.
Instead of sitting in a landfill for centuries, Bio360 is completely consumed by naturally occurring soil microorganisms, transforming entirely into water, carbon dioxide, and healthy biomass.
Performance Profile & Field Benefits
-
Zero-Labor Cleanup: Skip the late-season extraction. Once harvest is finished, simply disk or till the film directly into the soil. It breaks down naturally right where it sits.
-
Microclimate Optimization: Delivers exceptional weed suppression by blocking photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). It simultaneously regulates soil moisture and maintains optimal root-zone temperature for accelerated plant growth.
-
Microplastic-Free Assurance: Unlike oxo-degradable plastics (which merely fragment into toxic micro-particles), Bio360 is certified fully biodegradable in the open soil according to rigorous international standards (including EN 17033 and OK Biodegradable Soil).
-
Seamless Application: Designed with the tensile strength and elasticity required to handle mechanical layout equipment. It stretches tight over raised beds without premature tearing

Compostable Fruit/Veggie Stickers
Naturally prevents compost contamination!
Traditional Price Look-Up (PLU) fruit stickers are a massive, hidden pain point in both the food distribution chain and the waste management industry. Though tiny, these conventional labels are made of vinyl or bi-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) plastic coated in conventional acrylic adhesives. They do not degrade, and because consumers rarely peel them off before discarding fruit scraps, they cause severe environmental and operational bottlenecks.

Our Certified Compostable Fruit Stickers solve this systemic issue. Engineered from food-grade, plant-based compostable facestocks (such as certified compostable papers or cellulose-based films) and paired with specialized food-contact safe, compostable adhesives, these labels seamlessly integrate into existing agricultural packing lines while ensuring a completely zero-waste end-of-life.

BioNatur Produce Bags
Landfill Biodegradable with no microplastics!
Design with Peace of Mind
By leveraging the advanced, soil-biodegradable plant-starch matrix of BioNatur film, we can engineer custom-tailored flexible food packaging that directly aligns with your brand's strict sustainability goals. This innovative material mimics the barrier properties, tensile strength, and shelf-life protection of traditional plastics, but provides total peace of mind by completely eliminating long-term waste. Because the film is fully certified to break down naturally into water, carbon dioxide, and organic biomass without leaving behind toxic microplastics, your customers can feel confident that your packaging actively protects the planet rather than polluting landfills.
Whether utilized for fresh produce, dry goods, or specialty foods, this seamless swap delivers the premium performance your products require while offering a transparent, genuinely eco-friendly narrative that resonates with modern, environmentally conscious consumers.
Anaerobically Biodegradable
BioNatur Plastics are biodegradable in an anaerobic (lack of oxygen) environment. Current testing standard, ASTM D5511, demonstrates that BioNatur plastic biodegrades 99.7% in 1,697 days in the test environment. This particular test reflects a high heat and high moisture anaerobic environment, comparable to most landfills. While actual landfills may have less heat and less moisture compared to controlled test conditions, the presence of methane (a byproduct of anaerobic biodegradation) demonstrates that biodegradation does occur. Many U.S. landfills are capturing methane produced through biodegradation and converting it into energy—a trend that's steadily gaining momentum.
BioNatur's proprietary organic additive attracts naturally occurring anaerobic bacteria in a landfill to digest the additive and create enzymes that break down the large plastic polymers into smaller hydrocarbons that the bacteria then recognize as food. The bacteria then digest these smaller hydrocarbons into water, dirt and gases.
GreenPrint Compostable Cutlery
Certified Home Compostable!

Welcome to the next generation of sustainable food service ware. The GreenPrint Agave-Based Collection offers a high-performance, planet-friendly alternative to traditional petroleum plastics and short-lived paper substitutes. Crafted utilizing upcycled agave fibers—a natural byproduct of the agricultural industry—this line of straws and cutlery delivers an incredibly durable, premium dining experience while meeting the strictest backyard environmental standards.
Engineered for Performance, Born from the Earth
Unlike standard bio-plastics (like traditional PLA) that require the intense heat and micro-environments of industrial composting facilities to break down, the GreenPrint collection is certified home compostable. This means our straws and cutlery naturally degrade in backyard compost piles or ambient soil environments, leaving behind zero toxic residues or microplastics.
By utilizing agricultural waste that would otherwise be burned or discarded, we give a second life to robust plant fibers, creating a inherently tough material that holds up under pressure.

StyroStream Poly Labels
Industrially Recyclable in EPS industry!

The Monomaterial Label Solution
The Horizon Thermal Transfer Polystyrene Label is a purpose-built identification solution engineered specifically for the harsh environmental demands of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) manufacturing. Unlike traditional paper or polyolefin labels that fail under technical stress, this specialized label features a high-performance polystyrene facestock paired with a benign, chemically compatible adhesive. It is uniquely formulated to withstand the intense thermal transfer printing process without warping, and it resists the residual heat and moisture vapor naturally released from freshly molded foam blocks. Because the label matches the exact chemical profile of the underlying substrate, it eliminates the need for labor-intensive scraping or peeling prior to processing.
Environmental Importance: True Closed-Loop Circularity
In traditional EPS fabrication, secondary label materials act as a contaminant that disrupts the purity of post-industrial scrap. This breakthrough polystyrene label unlocks true closed-loop circularity by allowing labeled blocks, trimmings, and off-cuts to be fed directly into the facility’s recycling stream. During the reclamation process, the entire labeled unit can be seamlessly fed into the regrind system together. Because the facestock and adhesive blend perfectly with the primary material, the resulting mixture can be re-extruded, re-pelletized, and re-expanded without degrading the physical properties, structural integrity, or density of the finished EPS block.
Business Value: Operational Efficiency and Sustainable Advantage
Integrating this monomaterial labeling system delivers immediate operational cost savings and reinforces your position as a sustainable manufacturing leader. By eliminating the manual labor required to remove non-compatible labels from scrap material, your facility can significantly reduce labor bottlenecks and maximize the throughput of your regrind operations. Furthermore, this closed-loop compatibility virtually eliminates post-industrial waste, turning what was once a scrap liability into high-value feedstock. Providing a 100% recyclable product helps you meet the stringent sustainability targets of major corporate partners while lowering overall material costs.
